Construction
1. Phase conductor: Bare electrolytic copper, soft temper, flexible stranding: class 4 – sections 2.5 mm², 4 mm² and 6 mm² and class 5 – sections 10 to 240 mm².
2. Insulation: Extruded ethylene-propylene rubber (HEPR) thermosetting compound.
3. Separator: Polyester tape applied in a helix, overlapping 100 % of the conductors.
4. Inner cover: Thermoplastic compound (PVC) – 90 °C
5. Symmetrical Neutral Conductor: Bare electrolytic copper, soft tempered
4.Shielding: the 3 insulated phase conductors are joined together with the 3 neutral conductors, which occupy the spaces between the phase conductors.
5.Shielding: Bare copper tape applied in a helix, with a 15% overlap, covering 100% of the cable.
6. Cover: Thermoplastic compound (PVC) – 90 °C.
3 Conductors: White vein insulation, light blue, black and black cover. Multiple cables with a section of 50 mm² or more are supplied in numbered black cores
Applications
EPROFLEX 90 N/C CABLES are used in frequency inverter circuits, connecting the motor to the inverter.
Designed for fixed installations, they can be installed in rails, trays, ducts, shelves or directly underground.
Packaging
They are usually packed in wooden reels.
