INDULINK High Voltage Cable (138 kV)

Indulink high-voltage cable is a type of power cable designed to operate in high-voltage transmission systems up to 138 kV. It consists of a copper or aluminum conductor insulated with a dielectric material, usually cross-linked polyethylene or ethylene-propylene.

1. Conductor: Bare electrolytic copper or aluminum, soft temper, compacted circular stranded (Class 2), blocked against longitudinal water penetration.

2.Conductor shield: Semiconductor thermosetting compound.

3. Insulation: TR XLPE (Tree Retardant) 90° C cross-linked polyethylene thermosetting compound.

4. Insulation shielding: Semiconductor thermosetting compound.

5. Insulation wrapping: Semiconductor tape blocked against longitudinal water penetration.

6. Metal shield: Bare copper wire with a cross-section suitable for the project and blocked against longitudinal water penetration.

7.Separator: Semiconductor tape blocked against longitudinal water penetration.

8.Blocking: Polythene aluminum tape (APL) against radial water penetration.

9.Cover: Thermoplastic polyethylene compound PE ST7 (HDPE)

Applications
INDULINK CABLES 69 Kv ~138 kV are applicable to all public, industrial and utility environments (power generation, transmission and distribution). The cables can be installed in galleries, ducts, directly
buried or in subfluvial and sublacustrine crossings.
The sizing of high-voltage cables depends on the power to be transmitted, the applicable protections, the environmental and installation conditions (trefoil or apartment formation, natural or forced ventilation, etc.).
