Construction
1. Conductor: Bare electrolytic copper or aluminum, soft tempered, compacted circular stranded (Class 2), blocked against longitudinal water penetration.
2. Conductor shield: Semiconducting thermosetting compound.
3. Insulation: TR XLPE (Tree Retardant) 90° C cross-linked polyethylene thermosetting compound.
4. Insulation shield: Semiconductor thermosetting compound.
5. Insulation banding: Semiconductor tape blocked against longitudinal water penetration.
6. Metallic shielding: Bare copper wires with a section suitable for the project and blocked against longitudinal water penetration.
7. Separator: Semiconductor tape blocked against longitudinal water penetration.
8. Blocking: Polythene aluminum tape (APL) against radial water penetration.
9. Cover: Thermoplastic polyethylene compound PE ST7 (HDPE).
Applications
The INDULINK 69 Kv ~138 kV CABLES are applicable to all public, industrial and utility environments (power generation, transmission and distribution). The cables can be installed in galleries, ducts, directly underground or in
buried or in subfluvial and sublacustrine crossings.
The sizing of high-voltage cables depends on the power to be transmitted, the applicable protections, the environmental and installation conditions (trefoil or apartment formation, natural or forced ventilation, etc.).
