Construction
1. Conductor: Bare electrolytic copper, soft temper. With flexible stranding.
2. Insulation: EPR rubber thermoset high modulus HEPR 90 °C
3. Cover: Flame-retardant, lead-free ST2 polyvinyl chloride thermoplastic compound.
4. Reduced Earth Conductor: Bare electrolytic copper, soft temper. With flexible stranding.
Tetrapolar (3 conductors + reduced earth): Light blue, black, white and green insulation and black cover.
Pentapolar (4 conductors + reduced earth): Light blue, black, white, red and green insulation and black cover.
Aplicações
EPROFLEX 90 CABLES with Reduced Earth are used in power supply and distribution circuits with voltages up to 1 kV. They are designed for fixed installations and can be installed outdoors, embedded in ducts formed in building structures, in gutters, trays, shelves or directly underground, in dry and humid environments.
If the size of the installation allows for the application of a reduced earth, the use of Eproflex 90 cable with Reduced Earth has advantages over the use of Eproflex 90 with a neutral conductor of the same section as the phase conductor:
- Lower weight;
- Smaller external diameter (which eventually translates into smaller diameter ducts);
- Smaller bending radius;
- Easier installation and greater savings for your project.
Acondicionamento
They are usually packed on wooden spools.
