1. Conductor: Bare electrolytic copper, soft tempered stranding with compact circular cross-section
2 .Conductor Shielding: Semiconductor thermosetting compound – 90°C.
3. Insulation: Thermosetting compound (HEPR) – High Modulus.
4. Insulation Shielding: Semiconductor thermosetting compound, easy to remove.
5. Metal Shielding: Bare copper wire.
6. Flame blocking
7. Cover: Thermoplastic, non-halogenated, non-flame propagating compound (LSHF), with low emission of smoke and toxic gases.
Cables with 3 conductors, vein identification by means of white, blue and red ribbons.
Applications
The modern technology used in the manufacture of ATOX 90 CABLES provides an excellent technical and very economical alternative for electrical installations in buildings where there is a high concentration of people (e.g. airports, tunnels, commercial buildings such as hotels, cinemas, shopping centers, hospitals, residential buildings) and where, in the event of a fire, evacuation is long and difficult. These areas are classified as BD2, BD3 and BD4 by NBR 5410 and NBR 13570. They can be installed outdoors, in conduits, ducts, trays or directly underground.
