1.Conductor: Bare electrolytic copper, soft temper, compacted circular stranded (Class 2)
2.Conductor shielding: Semiconductor thermosetting compound.
3.Insulation: EPR rubber thermosetting compound High Modulus 90 ºC.
4.Insulation Shielding: Layer of semiconductor thermosetting compound that is easy to remove when cold.
5.Metallic Shield: Bare copper wire.
6.Separator: Non-hygroscopic polyester tape, applied in a helix covering 100% of the cable.
7. Cover: Thermoplastic, non-halogenated, non-flame propagating compound (SHF1), with low smoke and toxic gas emissions.
Cables with 3 conductors, vein identification by means of white, blue and red ribbons.
Applications
The modern technology used in the manufacture of Atox 90 cables provides an excellent technical and very economical alternative for electrical installations in buildings where there is a large concentration of people (e.g. airports, tunnels, hospitals, residential and commercial buildings such as hotels, cinemas, shopping malls, theaters) and where, in the event of a fire, evacuation is long and difficult (these areas are classified as BD2, BD3 and BD4 by the ABNT NBR 5410 and ABNT NBR 13570 standards). They can be installed outdoors, in conduits,
channels, trays or directly underground.
