Aplicaciones
Los CABLES DE ALUMINIO NU se utilizan normalmente en líneas aéreas de transmisión de energía. El
cable CAA es un conductor trenzado concéntrico formado por una o más capas (núcleos) de alambre de aluminio 1350
(H19) y un núcleo de acero galvanizado de alta resistencia mecánica. Dependiendo del tamaño del cable, el núcleo puede estar formado por un único alambre de acero o por varios alambres trenzados de acero.
Debido a las numerosas combinaciones posibles de alambres de aluminio y acero, la proporción de éstos puede variar para obtener la mejor relación entre capacidad de conducción de corriente y resistencia mecánica para cada aplicación.
Embalaje
Suelen embalarse en bobinas de madera.
