1000V ARMORED CONTROL CABLE (XLPE/PVC) COPPER TWISTED WIRING

CONSTRUCTION

Conductor: Flexible thread, soft-tempered bare copper electrolytic conductor.
Insulation: Reticulated, 90˚C thermal-fixed extruded compound made of XLPE.
Joining: The isolated conducting strands have been twisted together in concentric crowns forming the nucleus of the cable.
Separator: Wrapped in a polyester tape, applied in a helix superimposed over the joining of the strands.
Inner Sheathing: Extruded, nonflammable  compound layer made of Polyvynil Chloride (PVC).
Armor Plating: Tinned copper twisted braid.
Sheathing: Black, nonflammable extruded compound layer made of Polyvynil Chloride (PVC).

USAGE

In control circuits used in signalling, telecommand and the feeding of energy into fixed installations capable of bearing up to 1000 volts. Used in installations requiring flexibility and protection against interferences, noises, magnetic fields and good mechanical resistance against mechanical stresses.
