Construction
1. Conductor: Bare electrolytic copper, soft temper, with flexible stranding.
2. Insulation: Lead-free polyvinyl chloride thermoplastic compound PVC/A Anti-flame BWF, for maximum conductor operating temperature of 70 °C, overload 100 °C and short-circuit 160 °C, complying with NBRNM-IEC 60332-3-23 (vertical burning test).
3A.Insulation: Outer layer of lead-free PVC polyvinyl chloride thermoplastic compound, with non-slip characteristics.
Applicable only to gauges from 1.5 to 6 mm². The two insulating layers are completely adhered to each other. When insulation 2A is applicable, insulation 2 is completely adhered.
DUFLEX FLEXIBLE CABLE 750 V is normally produced in the following colors:
Sections 0.5 to 6 mm²: black, white, red, blue, yellow, gray, green and green with yellow.
Diameters 10 to 35 mm²: black, blue, green and green with yellow.
Diameters 50 to 500 mm²: black.
Applications
ANTI-FLAME CABLE is suitable for fixed installations in civil construction at voltages up to 750V. It is normally installed in conduits or gutters and has the property of not allowing flames to spread.
Packaging
Up to 16mm² in 100m rolls. Above 16mm², they are packed on reels according to the pitches requested by the customer.
